Although we are based in Trowbridge, alot of our patients come from surrounding towns, including Melksham, Bradford-on-Avon, Frome, Devizes, and Westbury. Some even come from as far afield as Bristol.

I have private health insurance, will they cover the osteopath's fees?
Yes, most insurance companies reimburse osteopathic fees. However, you will need to check that your insurance company covers the practitioner that you are due to see. We accept Simplyhealth and WPA, but unfortunately, we do not accept VIVA, AXA, or Bupa insurance due to their terms and conditions.
If you wish to use your insurance, please note that we do not bill health insurance companies directly.
You will need to pay for your treatment and then we will issue you with a receipt to claim the cost back.
Do you take cash payment?
Unfortunately, we do not accept cash payments. We only accept card or contactless payments.
What is your policy for bringing babies and children to appointments?
If you need to bring your child to your appointment, that's fine with us.
Do you treat babies
No we don't treat babies. However, we treat children over the age of 10. This is usually for sports-related problems. Children must have a parent or chaperone present during their treatment.
Do you provide Cranial Osteopathy?
The osteopaths at this practice are structural Osteopaths, so unfortunately, don't use cranial as part of their treatment.

No, unfortunately, we do not have a nail cutting service, or anyone we currently refer to.

Sainsbury's car park is probably the easiest place in the centre of town. Alternatively, there's the Lovemead Car park. If you put our postcode into Google it will show you where the car parks are in relation to the practice. The postcode is BA14 8RU

We do not conduct home visits; all consultations and treatments are performed in-house at our practice, ensuring we provide the highest level of care and access to our full range of resources.
Can I use my share the care leaflet
Yes, please bring your leaflet with you and give it to your practitioner. They can then apply the discount code for your assessment and credit the person who referred you. If you decide you need treatment after your assessment you will also receive a £10 discount.
I don't want to cancel my appointment I want to reschedule it. Will I still be charged?
If your appointment is rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice of the start time, yes, there will be a £15 fee.
Do you sell clavicle shoulder supports?
