Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
At our practice, we strive to provide timely and effective care to all our patients. In recent times, we've observed an increase in missed appointments and late cancellations, leading to unutilized slots that could benefit others.

To ensure fairness and optimal scheduling for all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
All appointments rescheduled, cancelled, or missed with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a £15 fee.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and while this policy may not be ideal, we are excited to share that a portion of every fee collected will be donated to 'The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association'. This allows us to maintain our operations while supporting an important cause.
